The Edge

You don't have to hate your life to want more from it.

Maybe nothing is particularly wrong.
Maybe, by almost every measure, your life is actually pretty fucking good.
And maybe something in you still wants to know what else is possible.

Good.

You don't have to know what you want next to know you want more.

Let's find out what happens when you get curious about it.

The quiet trade
Somewhere along the way, gratitude became a reason to stop wanting.

You have so much to be grateful for. You know that.

Maybe you love your partner. Maybe your kids are healthy. Maybe your business is working, your bills are paid, your friendships are good, and the version of you from ten years ago would look at your life now and think:

Holy shit. We did it.

Which can make this next part feel a little uncomfortable.

Because… you still want more.

And what kind of person looks at a life she genuinely loves and says that?

So maybe you remind yourself how lucky you are.
Maybe you tell yourself you don't really need the thing.
Maybe you decide it would be irresponsible, unrealistic, selfish, disruptive, too expensive, too complicated, too much.
Maybe you shrink a want down until it becomes reasonable enough to ignore.

And none of that necessarily means you're lying to yourself.

But there is a difference between appreciating the life you have… and using gratitude to stop yourself from getting curious about the life you still want to create.

Gratitude and desire were never supposed to cancel each other out.
You can love the person sleeping next to you and want more intimacy.
You can be proud of the business you built and wonder what else you're capable of creating.
You can adore being a mother and still want things that belong only to you.
You can have enough and still want to know what more feels like.

Wanting does not automatically mean something is wrong.

Sometimes it just means you're still fucking alive.

The margins
And I've become obsessed with what happens in the margins.
The tiny ooo.
The idea that makes absolutely no sense yet.
The thing you almost say and swallow.
The invitation you immediately start talking yourself out of.
The version of your life you let yourself imagine for three seconds before reminding yourself to be realistic.
The weird little desire that would be much easier to dismiss than investigate.
The moment something in you responds before your brain has assembled the argument for why it shouldn't.

We treat those moments like noise.

I don't think they are.

I also don't think every desire is destiny, every body sensation is intuition, or every impulse should become your next life decision.

Sometimes the thing you think you want isn't what you actually want at all.
Sometimes the obstacle is real.
Sometimes the cost is one you genuinely don't want to pay.
Sometimes fear is protecting you, and sometimes fear is just pissed that you're considering something unfamiliar.
Sometimes what looks impossible… isn't.

That's what makes this interesting.

The point isn't to blindly follow every feeling.

The point is to stop ending the conversation before you've actually heard yourself out.
The experience
Welcome to The Edge.

Five days. Five guided experiences. And absolutely no requirement to know what the fuck you're looking for before you begin.

In fact, I'd rather you didn't.

Because I'm much more interested in what happens before you know the right answer.

Before you make it reasonable.
Before you explain why it wouldn't work.
Before you decide whether you're allowed to want it.
Before you turn it into a goal, a plan, a problem to solve, or another fucking thing to optimize.

That's where we're going.

And we're going to start somewhere slightly ridiculous.

Day one
On Day One, reality doesn't get a vote.

I'm going to take away the rules.

Money. Time. Responsibility. Logistics.
Other people's opinions.
Whether it makes sense.
Whether you'd actually do it.

Gone.

And then we're going to play. If you could… what would you?

Don't worry. Reality gets invited back eventually.

But first I want to know what happens when you stop asking it for permission.

Because something interesting happens when the usual constraints disappear.

You respond.
Maybe you light the fuck up.
Maybe you immediately start negotiating with a hypothetical situation that I specifically told you has no consequences.
Maybe you want something you weren't expecting.
Maybe you feel absolutely nothing.
Maybe one tiny detail catches you harder than the giant fantasy surrounding it.

That's the stuff we're interested in.

And from there, The Edge starts becoming yours.

Because I'm not giving five women the same experience.

After that first day, we start using what you give us.

Something you wanted.
Something you dismissed.
Something you said without realizing how interesting it was.
Something you insisted wasn't possible.
Something you couldn't stop thinking about.
Something Truth Catalyst thought it understood — and you immediately knew it had completely fucking wrong.

We follow that.

Over the next few days, we'll start putting reality back into the conversation. We'll look at the things you say you can't have.

Some of them? You genuinely can't.
Some are available, but the cost might not be one you want to pay.
Some are predictions you've been treating like facts.
Some are rules you've lived by for so long you forgot nobody actually handed you a contract.

And some things you thought you wanted? You might discover you were hungry for something else underneath them entirely.

Not because I'm going to tell you what your answers "really mean."

Because we're going to stay with them long enough for you to find out.

Then we do something most personal-development work forgets to do.

We put you back in your actual fucking life.

Not your fantasy life. Not the version where you have unlimited money, a perfectly regulated nervous system, six hours of free time every morning, and nobody ever gets annoyed with you.

Yours.
Your relationships. Your body. Your bank account.
Your responsibilities. Your calendar.
Your complicated circumstances.

And we ask a much more interesting question than what would you do if anything were possible?

Given what is actually true… what is available?
Maybe the whole thing isn't.
Maybe some version of it is.
Maybe it's going to require creating something that doesn't exist yet.
Maybe you realize you don't actually want it badly enough to pay what it costs.
Maybe the thing you've been waiting for is already sitting in your life and you haven't been able to experience it.

And maybe you decide to respond.

Not because Truth Catalyst told you to. Not because every desire is destiny. Not because the universe is going to reward you for being brave.

Because sometimes you don't get the next piece of information until you participate.

You choose.
Something happens.
And now you know something you couldn't have known from inside your own head.
Truth Catalyst AI
That's what Truth Catalyst is for.

Not answers. Better conversation.

It can notice the sentence you almost buried.
It can put two things you said three days apart next to each other and ask why they sound suspiciously familiar.
It can challenge the explanation that sounds very convincing until somebody actually questions it.

It can say: "Here's what I think I'm hearing. Did I get that right?"

And sometimes you'll say: Holy shit. Yes.

Other times: Absolutely fucking not.

Perfect.

Because the point was never for the AI to know you better than you know yourself. The point is what happens in you when there's finally something worth responding to.

And unlike starting over with a blank chatbot every morning, The Edge remembers what has happened inside these five days.

So the thing you casually said on Day One can come back on Day Four.
The contradiction you didn't notice can sit beside the thing you're saying now.
The thread can keep threading.
You don't have to copy and paste anything.
You don't have to recap your own experience.
You just keep going.
Your body
And sometimes, the conversation needs to leave the conversation.

Because insight is useful. But you can understand exactly why you do something and still feel your entire body respond the same fucking way the next time it happens.

So when it fits what's actually coming up for you, Truth Catalyst can choose a guided breathwork session from my library specifically for that moment.

Not because every conversation needs to end in breathwork. And not because we're trying to "fix" your nervous system.

Because your body gets to be part of the conversation too.

Sometimes that means noticing where something lands physically.
Sometimes it means staying with a sensation instead of immediately explaining it.
Sometimes it means breathwork.
Sometimes it means going out into your life and seeing what happens.

The experience responds to the experience.

The community
And you don't have to do any of this alone.

You'll also have access to a private Edge community with other women moving through the experience alongside you.

Not because I need you posting your daily breakthrough for accountability points.

Please don't.

This is a place to bring the thing you finally did.
The thought you're scared to say out loud.
The realization that made you go what the actual fuck.
The thing you thought you wanted and suddenly don't.
The thing you still have absolutely no fucking clue what to do with.
Or the tiny, seemingly inconsequential moment that nobody else would understand — but you know mattered.

You don't have to perform your transformation here.

You get to be a whole person while it's still unfolding and be witnessed anyway.
Day five
And then, on Day Five, I'm going to ask you the question again.

If you could… what would you?

Except this time, I'm not taking reality away.

Keep the money.
Keep the people.
Keep the responsibilities.
Keep the limitations.
Keep everything complicated about being an actual human with an actual life.

And look again.

I don't know what your answer will be.

But I'm very curious whether it will be the same.

What's inside
Five guided experiences. Seven days to see what happens.

That's The Edge. Inside, you'll get:

Five guided experiences with meEach designed to give you something real to respond to — not more information to collect.

Seven days with Truth Catalyst AIA private conversation that can go wherever yours needs to go — and remembers what happens across your five days. The thing you say on Day One can matter on Day Four. No copying and pasting. No explaining yourself all over again. Just keep pulling the thread.

Guided breathwork selected for youHand-picked from my library when what's happening in the conversation calls for bringing your body into it — so you're not just thinking about change, you're giving yourself an opportunity to experience something different too.

The private Edge communityA place to share what you're discovering, let yourself be witnessed, celebrate the weird little wins, and explore alongside other women doing the same.

You might spend 30 minutes a day.
You might accidentally spend two hours pulling one thread because you cannot leave the damn thing alone.
Both count.

You have seven days because this is something I want you to experience, not finish.

And the entire thing is

Because I don't want this particular decision to require a fucking spreadsheet.

I want there to be enough on the other side of the button that makes you go:

What if "more" doesn't mean what you think it means?
Maybe more is a bigger house. More money. A different career. A plane ticket.
Maybe it isn't.
Maybe it's more presence inside the life you already built.
More room for the parts of you that have gotten very good at waiting their turn.
More permission to want something before deciding whether you should have it.
More ability to say no.
More willingness to say yes.
More ridiculous shit simply because it sounds fun.
More of you making it into your own life.

You don't have to make what you already have wrong in order to keep creating.

You don't have to wait until your life becomes intolerable before you're allowed to change something.

And you don't have to know exactly what comes next before you let yourself become curious about it.

There is a difference between appreciating the life you've created… and deciding you're finished creating it.

You're still fucking alive.
There are things you haven't tasted yet.
People you haven't met.
Thoughts you haven't had.
Places you haven't gone.
Things you're going to want.
Things you're going to stop wanting.
Things you're going to try and fucking hate.
Things you're going to try and wonder how you ever lived without.

You do not need to know which is which from here.

That's what the living is for.

The Edge is somewhere to begin.

A few things you might want to know first
Do I need to know what I want before I start?

No. Please don't invent a goal so you can feel prepared. You can arrive with a specific thing you've been thinking about, or you can arrive with nothing more than the feeling that there might be something else available. We'll start with what's actually there.

I've already done a lot of personal-development work. Is this going to feel basic?

The Edge isn't built around how many concepts you know. It's experiential. You can understand your patterns beautifully and still surprise the hell out of yourself when you're responding to something in real time.

Is this going to tell me to blow up my life and "follow my intuition"?

Lol. No. We're not assuming every desire is an instruction, every uncomfortable feeling means something is wrong, or every impulse deserves action. We're getting curious enough to actually hear the conversation before deciding what anything means.

What if I discover something I don't want to act on?

Then you don't. The point of The Edge isn't to turn every realization into a fucking assignment. Sometimes the most honest response is yes. Sometimes it's no. Sometimes it's not yet. And sometimes you need more information before you know. That counts too.

How much time should I set aside?

You might spend around 30 minutes a day, or you could find yourself pulling one thread for much longer. There's no prize for spending the most time inside. Give yourself enough room to actually engage with what comes up instead of racing through the experience to say you finished it.

How long do I have access?

You'll have seven days of access to Truth Catalyst AI and five guided experiences to move through during that window.

Do I have to do all five days in a row?

You'll have seven days to move through the five experiences, so there's breathing room built in. The experiences build on each other, though, so I'd move through them in order rather than jumping around.

Do I need previous experience with breathwork?

Nope. You can come in completely new.

Is what I say in there private?

Yes. Your conversations are yours. They're stored so Truth Catalyst can remember what happened on Day One when you get to Day Four — that continuity is most of what you're paying for. I don't read them. What I see is the pattern layer: what women collectively are wrestling with, the language they use, where people get stuck — pulled out automatically and stripped of anything identifying. If I ever want to quote something you personally wrote, I'll ask you first, and you can say no without explaining why. Your conversations are deleted 30 days after your access ends. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone.

You don't have to hate your life to want more from it.
You don't have to make what you already have wrong.
You don't have to justify what comes next before you've even discovered what it is.
And you definitely don't have to wait for someone else to tell you you're allowed to be curious.

Let's see what happens when you stop ending the conversation early.
